Our “More Than a Book Club”

Sign up for a book club this summer!
We want to bring fiction books to life by reading a book with friends and doing fun activities to support the concepts and vocabulary found in the book. Your child will receive the original book and a modified version - you can choose which to read. Then they will join us for fun activities that help emphasize the storyline in the book (and of course, it’s all with friends!) Having trouble reading the book or concerned about the reading level? No worries - all kids can participate despite their ability to complete the book. Plus, you can drop off your child and enjoy a little free time for yourself!
Class Size is limited so register soon!

Registration Closes by Friday June 6 (sign up earlier and get the book earlier to do some advance reading).

Session 2 The Wild Robot

1 to 1 Online Tutoring
This summer, with grant support, we are able to offer virtual tutoring for $20* again!
It’s a great opportunity to keep working on your child’s reading and math — give it a try!
Take advantage of our private 1:1 on-line tutoring available for students who have been or are currently enrolled in a Maren Fund/Learning Program of St. Louis class. Thank-you to a grant …… we are able to offer tutoring for a reduced price to you this summer of $20/session*! This is an amazing deal - take advantage.
Our teachers are fully credentialed and currently work in our Learning Program classes. Sessions can last 60 minutes and may be scheduled as often as you would like. On-line tutoring starts for students in elementary school on up - teachers will adjust to your child’s academic needs. We do request a minimum of 1/week so that your child’s teacher has an opportunity to better understand your child’s needs. Space is limited.
*$20/hr for up to 10 sessions from June 1 thru Aug 31, 2025
